At The Shaman Store, we carefully select, source and prepare products that reflect the traditions, botanicals and ceremonial practices that inspire our work. Many of our offerings are wild-harvested, handcrafted or prepared in small batches by Indigenous communities, traditional artisans and trusted partners throughout the Americas, while others are personally prepared by us or carefully selected for their quality and purpose.
Because many of our botanical, aromatic and ceremonial products are personal-use items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. This helps us protect the quality, integrity and proper handling of every product we offer.
We encourage you to review all product descriptions, ingredients, sizes and important information carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
While all sales are final, we want every order to arrive exactly as it should. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly after delivery with your order information and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
