4. Sacred Products Policy – All Sales Final

All products are handmade, spiritually prepared, and considered sacred. Because they carry energetic imprint and intention, we do not accept returns. Once handled or opened, their energetic purity is altered, items cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold. Please purchase with reverence and awareness.

5. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing. Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method.

6. Shipping, Returns & International Orders

• We ship both domestically and internationally.

• You are responsible for any customs duties, import laws, and taxes in your country.

• We are not liable for packages delayed, seized, or returned due to international laws.

• All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. For returns due to damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery.​

7. Donation Commitment

All content—including product names, descriptions, logos, images, and web copy—is owned by The Shaman Store and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any damages resulting from misuse or unintended application of products.

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to natural disasters, postal interruptions, or other events outside our control.

If any term is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in full effect. Our failure to enforce a term does not waive our right to enforce it later.
