1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing. Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method.

2. Shipping, Returns & International Orders

We ship both domestically and internationally.
You are responsible for any customs duties, import laws, and taxes in your country.
We are not liable for packages delayed, seized, or returned due to international laws.
All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. For returns due to damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

All sales are final.

At The Shaman Store, we carefully select, source and prepare products that reflect the traditions, botanicals and ceremonial practices that inspire our work. Many of our offerings are wild-harvested, handcrafted or prepared in small batches by Indigenous communities, traditional artisans and trusted partners throughout the Americas, while others are personally prepared by us or carefully selected for their quality and purpose.

Because many of our botanical, aromatic and ceremonial products are personal-use items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. This helps us protect the quality, integrity and proper handling of every product we offer.

We encourage you to review all product descriptions, ingredients, sizes and important information carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders.

While all sales are final, we want every order to arrive exactly as it should. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly after delivery with your order information and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please purchase with intention and care, knowing that many of the products we offer carry a direct connection to the plants, people, traditions and places from which they originate.
